3rd Award

The third Jordi Solé Tura Award to a doctoral thesis on democracy was given the 4th of November of 2010.

The winner was the doctor Clara Isabel Velasco Rico from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, author of the thesis Competencias autonómicas y puntos de conexión, which you can find some in pdf.

Besides, was given a special mention to the Dr. Isidro Valenzuela Vilarrubia from the Universidad de Granada, for its thesis La planificación del sistema financiero y presupuestario local: propuestas para su mejora.

The jury was formed by the following members of the Advisory Council: Dr. Francesc de Carreras, Dr. Marc Carrillo, Dr. Francesc Pallarès, Dr. Marcel Planellas and Dr. Pere Vilanova.

There were presented eight theses, seven of which were accepted because they fulfilled the requirements
